Vienna — 23 December 2025 — Community volunteers linked to Foundation for a Drug-Free World Austria are expanding outreach in Vienna, speaking with young people, parents and teachers via public information points and community events. The Vienna effort is led by Gabriele Toker, a local organiser, the initiative relies on “Truth About Drugs” materials to provide straightforward information on drug risks, with particular attention to cannabis, described by public monitoring bodies as the most widely used illicit drug in Europe. According to organisers, the Vienna activities focus on early prevention, with visibility at major public events, including the news european union Donauinselfest, while also supporting teachers seeking prevention tools for schools.
